The Challenge

The existing drop flow was built on a fragile template that struggled under traffic spikes and created friction across product discovery, variant selection, and mobile checkout. Product presentation also left buyers uncertain, increasing return risk.

The Solution

We rebuilt the storefront with a headless Shopify Plus architecture and a custom React frontend, then tightened collection logic, product detail UX, and checkout pathways for faster decision-making. Interactive product media was optimized for performance so rich visuals supported conversion without slowing page speed.
