03

The challenge

What needed to change

Centific’s OneForma platform had low engagement and high drop-off in its primary workflow. Important actions were difficult to find, the experience did not reflect how top users worked, and those friction points were limiting retention and revenue.

04

The approach

How we built it

We partnered with product leadership, community management, and engineering to turn survey findings, support tickets, and direct user feedback into a clearer workflow. We created and tested prototypes, simplified navigation, prioritized critical actions, and established tracking for engagement, retention, and task completion after launch.
