Tippy Taps
The Challenge
Tippy Taps needed a website built from scratch to establish an online presence, support on-demand appointment scheduling, and streamline internal operations. A key requirement was choosing the right CMS (Content Management System) for easy maintenance and integrating scheduling in a way that matched how the business actually runs—booking logic, service timing, and availability.
The Solution
Selected Squarespace as the CMS (Content Management System) for ease of use, customization, and responsive layout. Integrated Calendly to handle appointment booking directly from the site. Built custom Google Apps Script connected to Google Sheets to link Calendly scheduling data into a structured spreadsheet, enabling automatic updates for appointments and client details and reducing manual coordination.
The Results
Customers can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments online through the embedded scheduling flow. Internally, appointment data is automatically captured and maintained in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, reducing errors and saving time. The site is easy to navigate, supports regular day-to-day scheduling, and remains a practical part of ongoing operations.
