Story Projects
The Challenge
The ESP (Entrepreneurial Story Projects) needed a digital platform that could serve as a central hub for diverse content. Their existing presence was spread across multiple platforms, making it difficult for users to find, engage with, and share stories. The lack of a cohesive website also limited EIC’s ability to present the depth and variety of their work, which held back their mission of connecting local stories with a broader audience.
The Solution
We designed and built a unified website tailored to EIC’s publishing needs. The approach focused on content discoverability, scalable publishing, and engagement: a content-centric structure to browse stories and multimedia, a scalable CMS (Content Management System) to add and update content quickly, interactive discovery features like filters, categorization tags, and related-content suggestions, and community tools for submissions and feedback to support participation.
The Results
After launch, the site improved content exploration and reach: page views per session increased by 45%, average session duration increased by 30%, bounce rate dropped by 50%, user-generated content submissions increased by 20%, and unique visitors grew by 35% in the first three months. EIC reported that the site became an essential tool for their mission and strengthened their ability to connect with a broader community.
