The Challenge

Patient data was being sent via fax and unencrypted email, a massive compliance risk. The user base (doctors and receptionists) was non-technical and resistant to complex software.

The Solution

We built a secure, HIPAA-compliant web app with end-to-end encryption for all documents. The UI was designed to mimic physical paper workflows to lower the learning curve for staff.

The Results

The network is now fully digital. Document retrieval time dropped from hours to seconds, and the unified scheduling system has reduced missed appointments by 30%.
