The Challenge

The previous storefront looked polished but made it hard for shoppers to find core SKUs and compare variants. Merchandising updates were slow, and campaign launches required developer support for routine content changes.

The Solution

We implemented a modular e-commerce architecture using Next.js with Shopify for commerce and Sanity for campaign content. Product templates were rebuilt around decision clarity—benefits, ingredients, and proof points—while collection navigation and filtering were simplified for mobile buyers.

The Results

The rebuild improved product discovery and checkout confidence, lifting product page conversion by 22% and average order value by 17%. The internal team can now launch and adjust campaigns without engineering bottlenecks.
